Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data ourlivinghealth.com collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it simple because the site itself collects very little.
Who is responsible
The website Our Living Health is published by Anna Zalt. For any question about your data, write to contact@ourlivinghealth.com.
What we collect
When you simply browse the site: nothing. The site does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Like any website, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, page requested, date and time) for security and maintenance purposes.
When you use the contact form: the details you enter:
- first name and last name
- email address
- phone number (optional, unless you ask to be contacted by phone or WhatsApp)
- your preferred contact method
- the service you are interested in
- your message (optional)
- the page or link you came from
Please do not include medical or health details in your message. Your situation will be discussed privately during your consultation.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and follow up on it. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or add you to a newsletter without asking you first.
The legal basis is your own request: you contact us and ask for a reply.
Where it is stored
- Form submissions are stored in a form tool (OpnForm) running on a private server rented from Hostinger, managed by our technical provider.
- A copy of each submission is sent by email to our mailbox, hosted by Hostinger.
These providers act on our behalf and only to run these services.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case the information becomes part of your client file.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@ourlivinghealth.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
